As parents, it's important to set boundaries and say "no" to your children when necessary is important. Here are some ways to say "no" to your child 🧒 positively: 🧡 Ask why they want it. 🧡 Suggest putting it on their wishlist. 🧡 Validate their feelings by saying, "I feel the same way." 🧡 Give them options, such as "do you want one now or two later?" 🧡 Delay the conversation until later by saying, "let's talk about it after we get home." 🧡 Suggest an alternative solution: "let's do this instead." 🧡 Remind them of the rule by saying, "tell me the rule, please."
