Tappy Toes Nursery operates throughout the year. We offer parents academic terms and in between terms, we host camps to keep the children’s learning journey ongoing.
General Information
EYFS stands for Early Years Foundation Stage Program. It is the statutory framework for Early Years education in England.
The four principles of EYFS are: A unique child, Positive Relationships, Enabling Environments and Learning & Development.
The seven areas of development are Literacy, Numeracy, Physical development, Knowledge & Understanding of the World, Communication & Language, Expressive arts & design and Personal, Social & Emotional Development.
As per KHDA guidelines, child is eligible for pre-school/nursery class if the child is 2 years old by August 31 of the respective year.
As per KHDA guidelines, child is eligible for FS1 – foundation stage class if the child is 3 years old by August 31 of the respective year.
As per KHDA guidelines, child is eligible for FS2 – foundation stage 2 class if the child is 4 years old by August 31 of the respective year.
Tappy Toes Nursery is actively building strong relations with schools offering different curriculum. Schools offer direct admission to children graduating from Tappy Toes nursery. Partner schools ease parent’s dilemma for admission and enrollment in age appropriate class.
